Bates Vision Improvement:eye Exercises To Correct Vision

Most of us have at some point in our lives suffered from some form of vision problems. Just simply roll your eyes without moving your head in a clockwise direction. Make the movements slow and controlled and aim for making a perfect circle with no jerking action. This is perfected through practise.

Hold a pen or pencil about 3inches from your nose then simply shift you focus back and forth from the pen to a distant object about 10 feet away. Do this for a few minutes. The latter likewise.

It is helpful to perform these eye exercises to your favorite music as this will increase your motivation.

Bad vision is caused by the stress and tension exerted on the eye muscles by too much close up work. For example,reading, studying and staring at the computer for prolonged periods of time without taking a break. To avoid this problem frequently look up from your close up work and practise focusing on distant objects often. This relaxes and soothes the eye muscles ,relieving stress and tension.
