Rub your palms together till they feel warm, and then place them over your closed eyes for a moment of relaxation.
The second exercise is eye ball rotation. The first thing that you have to do is to rotate your eyes from top to the sides and then to the bottom. Then next come an extra thing that you to do. Learn to focus at things at different corners of the eye. This will help to retrain the power of image focusing by your eye balls, which can help to improve your eyesight.
